Responsibilities
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates to match them with the right temporary and permanent positions.
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding process, including tax paperwork and background checks.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their evolving staffing needs.
- Coordinate candidate schedules for interviews and manage the ATS (Applicant Tracking System) efficiently.
- Ensure 100% compliance with all federal and state labor regulations and safety standards.
- Resolve candidate and client inquiries with a focus on exceptional customer service and retention.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on salary trends and competitor activities in Tampa.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Business, HR, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, customer service, or sales is highly desired.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software.
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
