Responsibilities
- Execute the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct-hire positions.
- Utilize various sourcing channels such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and networking events to identify high-quality talent in the Ohio market.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for key client accounts.
- Conduct comprehensive phone screens and in-person interviews to assess cultural fit and technical skills.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and create effective job descriptions.
- Manage candidate relationships through timely follow-ups and transparent communication.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruiting, staffing, or sales within the Ohio region.
- Strong proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM software (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, or similar).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a proven ability to persuade and negotiate.
- Self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales and recruitment targets.
- Ability to work independently and manage a high volume of tasks in a fast-paced setting.
