Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates across multiple industries using ATS platforms and direct outreach
- Build and maintain robust pipelines of passive candidates for high-demand roles
- Conduct client consultations to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies
- Manage full-cycle recruitment: interviews, negotiations, and onboarding coordination
- Leverage data analytics to optimize recruitment KPIs and fill rates
- Cultivate strategic partnerships with local businesses and industry associations
- Maintain accurate records in applicant tracking systems and CRM tools
Qualifications
- 3+ years of agency or corporate recruitment experience with proven track record
- Expertise in sourcing techniques (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, etc.)
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with client/candidate focus
- Proficiency in ATS systems (Greenhouse, Workday, or similar)
- BA/BS in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
- SHRM-SCP or CERP certification highly desirable
- Exceptional communication with ability to articulate value propositions
- Results-driven mindset with demonstrated quota achievement
