Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates across diverse industries including tech, finance, and healthcare
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to understand hiring needs
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle: job postings, interviews, offers, and onboarding
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter for talent acquisition
- Develop recruitment strategies to attract passive candidates and fill hard-to-fill roles
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends and salary benchmarks
- Collaborate with sales team to meet quarterly placement targets
Qualifications
- 3+ years of staffing or corporate recruitment experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding KPIs (placements, revenue)
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment and candidate assessment techniques
- Strong negotiation and closing skills for high-volume placements
- Proficiency with ATS platforms (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse) and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with diverse stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- SHRM-SCP or CER certification preferred
