Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for daily pay assignments across Atlanta metro
- Build and maintain relationships with Fortune 500 clients in Atlanta's key sectors
- Manage full-cycle recruitment: from interview scheduling to onboarding logistics
- Implement creative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, Indeed, and niche job boards
- Track recruitment metrics and optimize conversion rates weekly
- Collaborate with payroll team to ensure seamless same-day pay processing
- Represent Apex Staffing at 2-3 Atlanta job fairs monthly
Qualifications
- 3+ years staffing/recruitment experience in Atlanta market
- Proven track record placing candidates in daily pay/temporary roles
- Expert knowledge of Atlanta's logistics, healthcare, and tech industries
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Workday, or Bullhorn)
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation for client meetings
- SHRM-SPHR or CPC/SPC certification preferred
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
