Responsibilities
- Manage Night Shift Operations: Oversee the entire staffing lifecycle for our night operations, including candidate sourcing, screening, and placement.
- Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during night hours, ensuring high satisfaction and timely delivery of workers.
- Scheduling & Logistics: Create and maintain accurate shift schedules using our ATS, ensuring all staffing needs are met without gaps in coverage.
- Candidate Onboarding: Conduct orientation sessions and ensure all compliance documents are up to date for temporary staff.
- Problem Resolution: Address immediate staffing emergencies and resolve any issues that arise during the night shift efficiently.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records of hours worked, wages, and client feedback to ensure payroll accuracy.
- Market Analysis: Monitor local labor trends to identify new talent pools and opportunities for our agency.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a staffing, recruiting, or HR coordination role.
- Availability: Must be available to work a night shift schedule (typically 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM or 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable navigating Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Adaptability: Ability to remain calm and resourceful under pressure in a 24/7 operational environment.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field is a plus.
- Self-Starter: Proactive approach to identifying needs and solving problems independently.
