Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume recruitment strategies specifically tailored for night shift roles.
- Conduct comprehensive phone screens and in-person interviews to assess candidate fit and availability.
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for temporary and contract workers.
- Analyze market trends to source passive candidates for critical 24/7 operational needs.
- Maintain accurate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and CRM tools.
- Collaborate with client managers to define role requirements and success metrics.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates throughout the hiring lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or talent acquisition.
- Proven ability to work effectively during night shifts or flexible schedules.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on client and candidate service.
- Proficiency with HRIS software (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday, or similar ATS).
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (optional but preferred for site visits).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or a related field is a plus.
- Self-motivated with a high degree of integrity and professionalism.
