Responsibilities
- Conduct initial phone screens and in-depth interviews for candidates seeking temporary, contract, and permanent placements.
- Manage and update candidate pipelines within Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and job boards.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define job requirements and recruitment strategies.
- Source passive candidates through networking, social media, and industry outreach.
- Coordinate interview schedules, provide timely feedback, and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
- Assist in onboarding and orientation for new hires to ensure retention.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or human resources.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workable).
- Ability to work independently and productively during night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced setting.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in HR or related field is a plus.
