Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview candidates via phone and email to match them with open positions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, ensuring high-quality placements.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, resume review, and scheduling interviews.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to track candidate progress and maintain accurate data.
- Collaborate with branch managers to develop recruitment strategies and fill urgent vacancies.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or HR administration.
- Ability to work independently during night hours (Shift: 5:00 PM - 2:00 AM or similar).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ATS software (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
