Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Screening: Actively source candidates through various channels and conduct thorough phone screenings to identify top talent.
- Client Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand their specific night shift staffing needs and build long-term relationships.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and facilitate interviews, ensuring a smooth experience for both candidates and clients.
- Onboarding Support: Guide new hires through the onboarding process, ensuring compliance and cultural fit.
- Market Analysis: Monitor market trends to advise clients on salary benchmarks and candidate availability.
- Database Management: Maintain accurate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure efficient workflow.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or sales is required.
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM) with weekend availability.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience with ATS software (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever) is a plus.
- Goal-Oriented: Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding recruitment targets.
