Responsibilities
- Spearhead full-cycle recruitment for permanent/temporary positions across 15+ industry verticals
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and niche job boards
- Conduct 15-20 candidate interviews weekly with behavioral-based assessment techniques
- Manage client relationships through weekly pipeline updates and strategic consultations
- Implement ATS-driven workflows to ensure 48-hour candidate-to-submission turnaround
- Analyze market data to optimize compensation packages and competitive positioning
- Mentor junior recruiters while maintaining 95% client satisfaction score
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years in high-volume recruitment/staffing with proven KPI achievement
- Expertise in Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Workday, or Bullhorn)
- Deep understanding of Albuquerque's talent landscape and NM labor regulations
- Exceptional negotiation skills with demonstrated placement success metrics
- Professional Recruiter (PR) or Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) preferred
- Strong analytical abilities with data-driven decision-making experience
