Responsibilities
- Sourcing and engaging high-caliber candidates across diverse industries
- Managing full-cycle recruitment for temporary-to-hire and direct-hire roles
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships through regular communication
- Conducting in-depth interviews and skill assessments
- Utilizing ATS platforms to track candidates and job requisitions
- Representing the agency at local job fairs and networking events
- Driving revenue growth through strategic staffing solutions
Qualifications
- 3+ years of staffing or corporate recruitment experience
- Proven track record of meeting placement KPIs
- Expertise in candidate sourcing across LinkedIn, Indeed, and niche job boards
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Valid New Mexico driver's license for client visits
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
