- Building and maintaining strong client relationships with local businesses
- Conducting behavioral interviews and candidate assessments
- Managing full-cycle recruitment processes from job requisition to placement
- Utilizing LinkedIn, Indeed, and niche job boards for strategic talent acquisition
- Developing recruitment pipelines for high-demand positions
- Collaborating with sales team to align staffing solutions with client needs
- Tracking KPIs including time-to-fill and placement success rates
Qualifications
- 3+ years of recruitment experience in staffing agency environment
- Proven track record of meeting quarterly placement targets
- Expertise in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Jobvite)
- Strong negotiation and closing skills for candidate placements
- Knowledge of Fresno's labor market and key industry sectors
- Professional HR certification (SPHR, SHRM-SCP) preferred
- Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills
- Valid California driver's license with reliable transportation
