Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates for diverse industry roles
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and clients
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes including job postings and onboarding
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to track candidate pipelines
- Conduct market research to identify emerging talent pools
- Facilitate candidate interviews and coordinate hiring logistics
- Provide exceptional client and candidate experiences
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of recruiting or staffing experience
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
- Valid California driver's license with reliable transportation
- Availability for 25-30 hours per week (flexible schedule)
