Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for part-time positions across diverse sectors
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses to understand staffing needs
- Conduct candidate interviews and skill assessments to ensure optimal matches
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to onboarding coordination
- Utilize applicant tracking systems and social media for talent discovery
- Provide exceptional customer service to both candidates and client companies
- Track recruitment metrics and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years of recruiting, sales, or customer service experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a talent for building rapport
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday)
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on meeting recruitment KPIs
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
- Availability to work flexible hours including occasional evenings
