- Source and screen qualified candidates for part-time positions across San Antonio's diverse sectors
- Conduct engaging interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local employers and job seekers
- Manage applicant tracking system and ensure accurate candidate documentation
- Facilitate onboarding processes for placed candidates
- Collaborate with team to optimize recruitment strategies and fill positions efficiently
- Represent our agency at local job fairs and networking events
Qualifications
- 1+ years of recruitment or staffing experience preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively
