Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates across diverse industries

Qualifications
- 1+ years of staffing, recruitment, or HR experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Workday)
- Knowledge of Raleigh's job market preferred
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Valid driver's license for occasional client meetings
