- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates in temporary-to-hire and direct-hire positions
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients across Phoenix industries
- Conduct candidate interviews and skills assessments via phone/virtual platforms
- Manage job postings across digital platforms and staffing networks
- Coordinate onboarding processes for placed candidates
- Track staffing metrics and contribute to weekly performance reports
Qualifications
- 1+ years of staffing, recruitment, or HR experience preferred
- Exceptional verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday)
- Valid Arizona driver's license with reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional evenings/weekends
