Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for high-demand roles in Pennsylvania
- Develop deep client relationships through weekly business reviews and strategic planning
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from intake to placement
- Leverage our proprietary ATS to track metrics and optimize hiring funnels
- Conduct market research to identify emerging talent trends in PA
- Mentor junior recruiters through our structured onboarding program
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop employer branding campaigns
Qualifications
- 3+ years of B2B recruitment or staffing experience
- Proven track record placing technical or healthcare professionals
- Expertise in Boolean sourcing and LinkedIn Recruiter
- SHRM-SCP or CTS certification preferred
- Strong understanding of Pennsylvania labor regulations
- Exceptional negotiation and closing skills
- Data-driven approach with proficiency in recruitment metrics
- Valid driver's license for client meetings across PA
