Responsibilities
- Source and engage qualified candidates through multiple channels (LinkedIn, referrals, job boards)
- Conduct in-depth candidate interviews and skill assessments
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for diverse client portfolios
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and clients
- Develop innovative recruitment strategies to attract passive candidates
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to optimize hiring processes
- Stay current with industry trends and salary benchmarks in LA market
Qualifications
- 3+ years of recruitment/staffing agency experience
- Proven track record of closing high-volume technical/creative roles
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong knowledge of LA's tech, media, and startup ecosystems
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Workday, or similar)
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- SHRM-SPC or CIPD certification preferred
