Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates across diverse industries including healthcare, tech, and hospitality
- Conduct in-depth interviews to assess skills, cultural fit, and career aspirations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with client companies to understand hiring needs
- Manage candidate pipelines using ATS systems and ensure timely placement
- Facilitate onboarding processes for successful hires
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to optimize hiring strategies
- Represent NOLA Staffing Partners at local job fairs and networking events
Qualifications
- 3+ years of recruiting or staffing experience in a fast-paced environment
- Proven track record of placing candidates in competitive markets
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software
- Strong understanding of New Orleans' labor market dynamics
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) designation preferred
- Ability to thrive in a results-driven, commission-incentivized structure
