Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates for diverse client needs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to onboarding
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job boards, and networking
- Conduct market analysis to identify talent trends and compensation benchmarks
- Collaborate with sales team to understand client requirements and deliver results
- Maintain accurate candidate records in our ATS system
- Weekly payroll processing and commission tracking
Qualifications
- 3+ years of recruiting or staffing agency experience
- Proven track record of meeting recruitment KPIs
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment and sourcing techniques
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Valid driver's license for occasional client meetings
