Responsibilities
- Source and attract qualified candidates through multiple channels including job boards, social media, and networking events
- Conduct thorough candidate screenings and interviews to assess skills and cultural fit
- Build and maintain strong relationships with client companies to understand hiring needs
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to candidate placement
- Negotiate competitive compensation packages and facilitate offer acceptance
- Maintain accurate applicant tracking system (ATS) records and documentation
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted recruitment campaigns
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of recruitment/staffing experience with proven track record
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of local El Paso job market and industry trends
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
