Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates through diverse channels including LinkedIn, job boards, and networking events
- Conduct in-depth interviews to assess skills, cultural fit, and career aspirations
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand evolving talent needs
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to onboarding
- Leverage data analytics to optimize recruitment strategies and time-to-hire metrics
- Represent Elite Talent Partners at industry events and career fairs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a staffing environment
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding placement targets
- Expertise in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Valid Louisiana driver's license for client meetings
- SHRM-SCP or CERS certification preferred
