Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment or agency staffing experience
- Proven track record in candidate sourcing and placement
- Expertise in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM platforms
- Strong interpersonal skills and negotiation abilities
- Deep knowledge of Baltimore's job market and industry sectors
- Professional Recruiter (PR) or SHRM-CP certification preferred
