Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for temporary, contract, and permanent roles across multiple industries
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines through proactive sourcing techniques and networking
- Conduct detailed interviews and assessments to match candidates with client requirements
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle: job postings, candidate onboarding, and performance tracking
- Collaborate with clients to understand staffing needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions
- Leverage ATS systems and data analytics to optimize recruitment efficiency
- Drive revenue growth through strategic client partnerships and candidate placement success
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment/staffing agency experience required
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding KPIs in candidate placement metrics
- Expertise in sourcing passive candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and industry networks
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills with ability to manage client relationships
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday) and CRM tools
- Valid Indiana driver's license and willingness for occasional local client meetings
