Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates across technical, clinical, and administrative roles
- Develop and nurture relationships with hiring managers at 50+ partner companies
- Manage full-cycle recruitment including interviews, offers, and onboarding
- Analyze market trends to optimize candidate attraction strategies
- Utilize our proprietary AI matching platform for precision placements
- Maintain 95% client satisfaction through exceptional communication
- Mentor junior recruiters to drive team performance
Qualifications
- 3+ years in corporate or agency recruitment with track record of placements
- Expert knowledge of Phoenix's tech/healthcare talent landscape
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Workday, or Bullhorn)
- SHRM-SCP or CER certification preferred
- Proven ability to close high-volume roles in competitive markets
- Data-driven approach with metrics-driven mindset
- Exceptional negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
