Responsibilities
- Source and attract qualified candidates through strategic sourcing, networking, and digital recruitment channels
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to match candidates with client requirements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to understand evolving talent needs
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to placement onboarding
- Leverage Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM tools to optimize recruitment workflows
- Develop innovative recruitment strategies to penetrate competitive talent markets
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless candidate-client matching
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a staffing or corporate environment
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding placement KPIs and revenue targets
- Expertise in sourcing passive candidates through LinkedIn, Boolean searches, and industry networks
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday) and CRM software
- Deep understanding of Philadelphia's talent market and key industries
