Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and industry-specific job boards
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for high-demand roles in IT, healthcare, and finance sectors
- Conduct comprehensive candidate assessments through behavioral interviews and skills validation
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process from client intake to offer negotiation and onboarding
- Leverage CRM systems to track KPIs including time-to-fill, candidate conversion rates, and client satisfaction
- Collaborate with sales team to identify new business opportunities and service expansion
- Present thought leadership through industry events and content creation on recruitment trends
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent proven experience)
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in agency or corporate environment
- Expert proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday) and recruitment analytics
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding placement targets in competitive markets
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to negotiate complex compensation packages
- Deep knowledge of Jacksonville's talent landscape and industry-specific talent pools
- SHRM-SCP or CER certification preferred
- Valid Florida driver's license with reliable transportation for client meetings
