Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates in contract-to-hire and direct hire positions across IT, finance, and healthcare sectors
- Develop and maintain robust talent pipelines through proactive sourcing strategies and networking
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle: from client consultations to offer negotiations and onboarding
- Leverage our cutting-edge CRM to track KPIs and optimize recruitment workflows
- Build strategic partnerships with hiring managers to understand talent needs and market trends
- Conduct market analysis to position our agency as the preferred staffing partner
Qualifications
- 3+ years of high-volume recruiting experience in a staffing agency or corporate environment
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding placement and revenue targets
- Expertise in sourcing techniques (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, networking)
- Strong client relationship management and negotiation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Workday, or Bullhorn)
