Qualifications
- 3+ years of recruitment/staffing agency experience
- Proven success in full-cycle recruitment and candidate placement
- Strong knowledge of El Paso's talent market and industry sectors
- Expertise in Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- SHRM or CERC certification preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
