Responsibilities
- Sourcing Strategy: Utilize LinkedIn, job boards, and networking events to identify and engage passive candidates.
- Screening & Interviewing: Conduct thorough phone screens and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Client Management: Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their specific workforce needs.
- Placement & Negotiation: Manage the offer process, negotiate compensation packages, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
- Market Analysis: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local salary trends and industry demands to provide expert advice.
- ATS Management: Maintain accurate candidate data in our Applicant Tracking System.
- Recruiting Events: Represent Atlanta Staffing Pros at job fairs and networking functions.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or talent acquisition.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- License: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
- Tools: Proficiency in MS Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Drive: Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting sales and hiring targets.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field preferred.
- Location: Must be willing to work on-site in downtown Atlanta.
