Responsibilities
- Source and engage high-caliber candidates through advanced Boolean searches, social media recruiting, and niche job boards
- Conduct in-depth candidate screening and technical assessments for specialized roles
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers at Fortune 500 companies and government agencies
- Manage full-cycle recruitment including offer negotiation, onboarding coordination, and post-placement follow-up
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies to penetrate competitive talent markets in the DMV area
- Analyze recruitment metrics and optimize pipeline conversion rates weekly
- Maintain accurate CRM records and generate insightful recruitment analytics reports
Qualifications
- 3+ years of agency/staffing recruitment experience with proven track record in technical or professional placements
- Expert knowledge of Washington DC's employment landscape and key industry sectors
- Proficiency in ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, or Bullhorn) and social recruiting tools
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to negotiate complex compensation packages
- Relevant bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- SHRM-SCP or CTS certification preferred
- Ability to manage 15-20 concurrent searches while maintaining candidate quality standards
