Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates in permanent full-time positions across diverse industries
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to understand hiring needs
- Manage full-cycle recruitment including interviews, negotiations, and onboarding coordination
- Utilize ATS and CRM systems to track candidate pipelines and generate insightful reports
- Conduct market research to identify emerging talent trends and competitive compensation benchmarks
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize recruitment strategies and enhance candidate experience
- Represent the agency at industry events and networking functions to expand our brand presence
Qualifications
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience with a staffing agency or corporate HR department
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding placement targets in competitive markets
- Expertise in leveraging Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and niche job boards
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills to interpret recruitment metrics and make data-driven decisions
- Valid California driver's license with reliable transportation for client meetings
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
