Responsibilities
- Spearhead full-cycle recruitment for diverse client portfolios including Fortune 500 companies and emerging startups
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies across digital platforms, professional networks, and industry events
- Conduct in-depth candidate assessments and technical screenings to ensure perfect role alignment
- Negotiate competitive compensation packages and manage offer acceptance processes
- Forge and nurture strategic client relationships through quarterly business reviews
- Leverage ATS systems to optimize recruitment workflows and data-driven decision making
- Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to departmental innovation initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in agency or corporate environments
- Proven success in placing candidates across multiple industries and skill sets
- Expertise in applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Workday, or Bullhorn)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret recruitment metrics and KPIs
- Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities with C-level stakeholders
- SHRM-SCP or CTS certification preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
