Responsibilities
- Source and engage qualified candidates across IT, healthcare, finance, and manufacturing sectors
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process from screening to placement
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients in Chicagoland
- Execute targeted sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job boards, and networking
- Conduct behavioral interviews and skills assessments
- Utilize applicant tracking systems to manage candidate pipelines
- Collaborate with sales team to meet quarterly placement goals
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
- 2+ years of corporate or agency recruiting experience
- Proven track record of meeting recruitment KPIs
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment and ATS platforms
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Strong Chicago market knowledge and network
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) preferred
