Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough market research to identify top talent and build a robust candidate pipeline.
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, from screening and interviewing to offer negotiation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and clients in various industries.
- Utilize various sourcing channels, including social media, job boards, and networking events.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both candidates and clients to ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications
