Responsibilities
- Conduct research and outreach to identify potential candidates for various open positions.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Screen resumes and applications to ensure they meet client requirements.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and applicant tracking systems accurately.
- Communicate effectively with clients and candidates to build strong relationships.
- Assist in organizing recruitment events and job fairs in the Colorado Springs area.
- Provide exceptional customer service to all applicants throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus.
- No prior experience required; we are looking for eager learners.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

- Reliable transportation is required for client visits.
