Responsibilities
- Source and screen potential candidates using job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate skills and fit.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Build and nurture relationships with local businesses to understand their hiring needs.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- High level of professionalism and a positive attitude.
- No prior recruitment experience is required. We provide on-the-job training!
