- Source and screen qualified candidates for immediate openings in manufacturing, healthcare, and tech sectors
- Conduct rapid interviews and assessments to match talent with urgent client needs
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of passive candidates through strategic outreach
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from job requisition to placement
- Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and position expectations
- Utilize our proprietary ATS for seamless candidate tracking and reporting
- Drive recruitment metrics including fill rates and time-to-hire
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years in staffing or recruitment (agency or corporate)
- Proven success in high-volume, fast-paced environments
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Workday, etc.)
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities
- Valid Kansas driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to start within 72 hours of offer
