Responsibilities
- Source and Screen Candidates: Utilize various channels to find qualified talent and conduct initial phone screenings to assess qualifications.
- Coordinate Interviews: Schedule and manage interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth process.
- Administrative Support: Maintain accurate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and prepare necessary paperwork for placement.
- Client Communication: Act as a liaison between candidates and clients, providing updates and feedback throughout the hiring process.
- Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and salary benchmarks to advise candidates effectively.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with senior recruiters and account managers to meet placement targets.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business or HR is a plus.
- Experience: No prior professional experience required; we value attitude and work ethic over tenure.
- Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Technical: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable learning new software.
