Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse entry-level positions across Charlotte's thriving industries
- Conduct engaging phone interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools efficiently
- Coordinate interview logistics and provide timely feedback to all parties
- Support onboarding processes for successfully placed candidates
- Collaborate with senior recruiters to optimize recruitment strategies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred but not required)
- Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills
