Responsibilities
- Sourcing and identifying potential candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, and networking events.
- Conducting thorough phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with hiring managers and clients to understand their specific staffing needs.
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial screening and candidate placement to onboarding and follow-up.
- Developing and executing targeted recruitment strategies to meet aggressive hiring goals and quotas.
- Utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM software to track candidate progress and maintain accurate records.
- Providing market feedback and salary benchmarking insights to internal stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or sales preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with recruiting software, ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday), and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- High level of self-motivation, resilience, and a desire to exceed performance targets.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client site visits.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field is a plus.
