Responsibilities
- Coordinate weekend staffing assignments for 15+ client locations across Memphis
- Screen, interview, and onboard temporary associates for weekend shifts
- Resolve staffing emergencies and coverage gaps within 2-hour response time
- Maintain compliance with OSHA and labor regulations for weekend operations
- Generate weekly staffing reports using ATS software
- Build relationships with weekend workforce through regular check-ins
- Process payroll adjustments for weekend shift differentials
Qualifications
- 3+ years staffing agency or HR coordination experience
- Proficiency in ATS platforms (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Valid Tennessee driver's license with clean record
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Exceptional conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Spanish language proficiency highly valued
- Weekend availability mandatory (6 AM - 6 PM shifts)
