Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates for our client portfolio.
- Utilize various sourcing strategies, including social media networking, job boards, and direct outreach, to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Conduct thorough phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate skills, cultural fit, and career objectives.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
- Manage the candidate onboarding process and ensure a seamless experience from offer acceptance to start date.
- Track recruitment metrics and provide weekly reports on pipeline status and hiring activities.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of professional experience in recruiting, staffing, or human resources.
- Proven track record of successfully filling positions within tight deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting tools (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, LinkedIn Recruiter).
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or a related field is preferred.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
