Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruiting for technical roles (IT, Engineering, Data Science) and general administrative positions.
- Utilize advanced sourcing strategies, including Boolean search and social media, to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Conduct thorough phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand evolving business needs and market trends.
- Negotiate offers and manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires.
- Track recruiting metrics and provide weekly updates to the management team to ensure aggressive hiring goals are met.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in technical recruiting or staffing agency environments.
- Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in hard-to-fill technical roles.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet aggressive deadlines.
- BA/BS degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
