Responsibilities
- Execute Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle for technical roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing.
- Market Sourcing: Utilize advanced sourcing strategies (LinkedIn, Boolean searches, networking) to build a robust pipeline of active and passive candidates.
- Client Management: Cultivate strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand their technical needs and deliver exceptional talent solutions.
- Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, salary benchmarks, and technology stacks relevant to our clients.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and conduct effective interviews, providing detailed feedback and assessments to both candidates and clients.
- Onboarding Support: Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth onboarding processes for new hires.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting, staffing, or account management within the IT sector.
- Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and familiarity with technical roles (Software Engineers, DevOps, QA, etc.) is highly preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Self-Starter: Highly motivated, results-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales and recruitment targets.
- Tools: Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Sourcer).
- Location: Must be willing to work on-site or hybrid from our Colorado Springs office.
