Responsibilities
- Execute the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates for technical roles.
- Manage and cultivate a robust pipeline of active and passive candidates through networking, social media, and direct outreach.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and develop effective recruiting strategies.
- Coordinate interview schedules, prepare candidates, and facilitate a seamless onboarding experience.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to optimize sourcing channels and improve time-to-fill.
- Provide market feedback and salary benchmarking insights to internal clients.
- Build and maintain a strong professional network within the San Diego tech community.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical recruiting or staffing agency environment.
- Proven ability to source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and job boards.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and technical skill sets (e.g., Java, Python, AWS, Salesforce).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with high volume.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Lever, Greenhouse, or Taleo.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
