Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end recruitment strategies, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing top-tier talent for our diverse client base.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, and referrals.
- Manage relationships with key clients to understand their hiring needs, provide market insights, and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Conduct comprehensive candidate assessments and behavioral interviews to ensure cultural and technical fit.
- Collaborate with the operations team to streamline onboarding processes and ensure a seamless transition for new hires.
- Track and report on recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill and placement rates, to optimize performance.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, specifically within the staffing or recruitment agency sector.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and placement quotas in a commission-based environment.
- Expert proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media recruiting platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
- Strong research and networking skills to identify passive candidates.
