Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of positions across multiple industries.
- Manage the full lifecycle of recruitment, from identifying needs to closing the offer.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified talent through networking and social media.
- Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand their unique staffing needs.
- Conduct market research to identify salary trends and industry benchmarks.
- Coordinate and facilitate the interview process for clients and candidates.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or sales preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM software.
- A self-starter mentality with a high level of motivation and drive.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
